Martin is an expert in litigation, insolvency and regulatory law.
In terms of litigation, Martin focuses, among others, on advising on complex shareholder disputes, construction and development disputes and unfair competition claims.
In the context of insolvency proceedings, he advises on negotiations in creditors' bodies and in incidental disputes. He also has extensive experience advising financial institutions and technology companies on regulatory matters. He has authored or co-authored several of articles on insolvency law and litigation.
Prior to founding RESOLV Martin worked for over 5 years at the international law firm Allen & Overy.

Tomáš is an experienced lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in transactions, corporate and contract law.
Tomáš specializes in acquisitions and sales of companies, Private Equity / Venture Capital, corporate law, commercial law (with a focus on contract law) and legal audits and legal due diligence. In Venture Capital, he has been involved in many transactions over the years, mainly on the side of investors, but also founders (or target companies). In the area of acquisitions and sales of companies, he has also been involved in advising both buyers and sellers, especially in the engineering sector.
Prior to joining RESOLV, he worked at Havel & Partners and several other major Czech law firms.

Pavel is an experienced attorney at law with primary expertise in litigation, administrative and arbitration proceedings. He also has a lot of experience in insolvency law and restructuring, as well as representing clients in criminal proceedings.
In the area of dispute resolution, he specializes in real estate litigation, development and real estate disputes and construction litigation. Intellectual property enforcement and protection against unfair competition are also an important part of his focus. He also represents clients in disputes concerning employment, civil and commercial law, as well as compensation for property and non-property damage. In doing so, he assists clients in finding out-of-court solutions to disputes and, in this regard, he also personally participates in complex out-of-court negotiations.
Prior to working with RESOLV, he worked for more than 10 years at Havel & Partners, mainly in the litigation and insolvency team.

Martin specialises in insolvency, restructuring, litigation and arbitration.
For more than 6 years he worked at Havel & Partners, where he was involved in representing clients in major insolvency proceedings and litigation, particularly corporate, construction, insurance and unfair competition disputes.
Martin also focuses on sports law, where he has advised sports associations, athletes and sports agents. He also serves as chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Futsal Association of the Czech Republic.

Luboš is an experienced lawyer specialising in commercial litigation, insolvency and contract law. He combines his primary focus with experience in other areas of law, including real estate, criminal and administrative law and drafting legislation.
His litigation expertise was gained in complex insolvency litigation, where he defended the strategic interests of individual investors and business groups. He also has experience in litigating disputes concerning interim measures, enforcement of court decisions, assertion of rights from defective performance, implementation of security institutions and recovery of damages. In his previous practice, he was, among others, responsible for complex legal support and transactional advice provided to a major Czech production company, not only in connection with a media-famous project culminating in a feature film.
In the past, he was also closely involved in the drafting of one of the most extensive amendments to the Criminal Code.
Prior to working with RESOLV, he worked in the litigation and insolvency department of HAVEL & PARTNERS and in another major law firm focused on general practice. During that time, he also completed an internship at the Ministry of Justice, where he participated in the preparation of amendments to the Civil Procedure Code and the Insolvency Act. In his spare time, he acts as a presiding judge at the District Court for Prague 6.

Jitka has been practicing law since the end of 2020 and her main passion is corporate and employment law.
In her previous practice, she has worked, among other things, on media-famous cases or transactions worth hundreds of millions of crowns. Prior to joining our firm, she worked for almost 2 years in a law firm focusing mainly on commercial and employment law with a specialisation in foreign clients.
However, Jitka also worked in the past in a law firm focusing on general practice, where she gained experience in other areas of law.

Prior to RESOLV, Michael worked at HAVEL & PARTNERS, where as part of the family office team he provided comprehensive legal advice to private clients and investment companies, taking into account tax and accounting implications.
